Help protect dingoes across Australia

Dingoes are legally trapped, poisoned and shot across Australia after being labelled a pest, despite being a native apex predator with an important ecological role.

These killings are intended to prevent predation on farm animals, but they are cruel and often ineffective. Dingoes help regulate ecosystems by suppressing introduced predators such as foxes and cats. They also hold deep cultural significance for many First Nations Peoples.

Modern, humane alternatives now exist to protect livestock without killing dingoes. Coexistence tools such as guardian animals and deterrents are more effective than culling and benefit farmers, animals, and the environment.

It’s time to end lethal dingo control and support humane coexistence instead.
